Depending on the connected device and supported functionality, this information may include audio/auscultation recordings, ECG recordings or measurements, device status information, device identifiers, connection information, and related technical information.

Bluetooth access is used to establish and maintain the connection between the App and compatible medical hardware and is not used for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes.

2.5 Microphone and Audio Information

Docville Pro may request microphone access when microphone functionality is required, including during video or audio consultations and when using supported medical devices that transmit audio information.

Audio information is used only for the relevant feature for which microphone or audio access has been requested.

The App does not activate the microphone for unrelated purposes without the appropriate device permission and feature interaction.

2.6 Camera Information

If a feature requires camera access, Docville Pro may request camera permission. Camera access may be used for video consultations, communication, or other healthcare-related functionality made available through the App.

Camera access is used only when required by the relevant feature and subject to the permissions provided by the user.

2.7 Location Information

Docville Pro may request device location permission when required for Bluetooth device discovery, connectivity, or other functionality that technically requires location-related Android permissions.

Where location access is requested, it is used only for the functionality for which the permission is required.

Docville Pro does not use device location information for unrelated advertising, selling user profiles, or location-based profiling.

We may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

As per Doctors` requrirements if they require previous history of the patient for their current and future diagnosis they will require the data of the preious doctors who have treated the patients as that will help the current doctor what will fit best for the patients

  • Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT): Required to discover and connect with compatible medical devices.
  • Location (FINE_LOCATION / COARSE_LOCATION): Required by the Android operating system to scan for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) medical devices. We do not track your physical location.
  • Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Required for audio teleconsultations and transmitting audio from digital stethoscopes.
  • Camera (CAMERA): Required for video teleconsultations.
  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to send appointment alerts and relevant service messages.
